Glenn Youngkin (R) posted on X that Democrat Abigail Spanberger “does not have the courage or morality to be the governor.” But on Thursday all that rhetoric was behind them as Youngkin and Spanberger — who is now governor-elect — sat down at the Executive Mansion for a friendly lunch of crab cakes.
