After seven weeks of weddings, drama and some happy ever afters, Married At First Sight UK has come to an end for 2025. It’s just left with Friday’s reunion commitment ceremony, which will see most of the cast returning to give us an update on their relationships and how life has been since the experiment.

While the show is only now wrapping up on screen, it was filmed earlier this year, which means a lot has happened since then – and there’s already some new relationships.

From rumoured couple swaps (ahem – Ashley and April) to fresh relationships, and an alleged rekindled romance, here’s all the MAFS UK 2025 stars who are already in different relationships.

Steven

Steven was married to Nelly on the show, but after her friend found a verified profile of him on Hinge (which he claims isn’t his) it was all over. The couple later wrote leave at the commitment ceremony, and on the same day that the episode aired, Steven uploaded a black and white image of two cocktails.

Internet sleuths on Reddit got to work and found the same picture – this time in colour, captioned “date night” with a love heart emoji – posted by a mum-of-three called Kelsey.

The story is said to have been later removed and reuploaded without the “date night” caption.

Ashley and April

Fans are convinced that Ashley and April are together now. On the series, April admitted to fancying Ash despite being in a marriage with Leo. Since the show, there’s been a few hints that they’re together – from telling Instagram posts to liking one another’s photos.

In the clip she asked: “Ahh, these two look so cute together, shouldn’t they be together guys?” However, they both said “no” when asked if they were in a relationship.

Nevertheless, one fan commented on the video: “Good to see you smiling again Divarni.”

Bailey and his ex

Rumours are swirling that Bailey may have rekindled things with his ex, Lulu. While they naturally stay in touch as co-parents to their daughter, Bluebell, some fans think their relationship could be more than just friendly.

Last week, Lulu posted a photo from an event with a mystery man whose face was hidden behind a sticker reading “none of your business.” Fans have pointed out the man’s hair looks strikingly similar to Bailey’s. However, he hasn’t confirmed if this is him, so we can’t be sure.

A bride is said to have moved on with a footballer

According to an insider, a couple from MAFS UK 2025 are reportedly no longer together, and the bride has already moved on – this time with a footballer.

As per The Tab, the pair had been a “fan favourite” on the show and were very much together during filming.
