The NFL will release the 2026 schedules for all 32 teams at 8 p.m. ET on Thursday. Here is what we know about the New York Jets’ schedule so far.
The Jets will play each team from the AFC West and NFC North, as well as the 2025 fourth-place teams from the NFC West, AFC South and AFC North. New York will also see its AFC East division rivals twice, once on the road and once at MetLife Stadium, as part of its 17-game schedule.
Here is the lineup of home and road opponents, listed alphabetically.

The Jets went 3-14 in the 2025 regular season, losing seven games in a row to start the season and then five in a row to end it. The Jets also infamously managed to go an entire 17-game schedule without recording a single interception, the first team to do that in NFL history. (They also only had four takeaways, the fewest in NFL history.) For Aaron Glenn and the Jets, the goal in 2026 is simple: competence.
Come back Thursday night for the Jets’ week-to-week schedule, plus season analysis and predictions.
