OGDEN, Utah (KUTV) — An AMBER Alert was issued in the Weber County area.
Christopher Thomas Wiggins, 35, is accused of abducting Jessika Francisco, 13. This is a non-family abduction.
Wiggins, a registered sex offender, is 5’6″, 120 pounds, and has blonde/purple hair and brown eyes. He is believed to be driving a white 2013 Hyundai Sonata with a Utah plate A999FH.
He was last seen wearing black pants, a black shirt, and a black Big O Tires jacket.
Francisco is 4’6″, 90 pounds, and has blonde hair and blue eyes.
She was last seen wearing Dr. Pepper pajama pants, a white hoodie, and pink slippers.
Wiggins is believed to be armed with a handgun.
Utah’s criteria for an AMBER Alert:
- Law enforcement believes a child or children have been abducted
- Law enforcement believes the victim(s) face imminent danger of serious bodily injury or death
- The child or children are 17 years old or younger
- There is information that could assist the public in the safe recovery of the victim or apprehension of a suspect
