Amber has given an insight into their latest week training as week ten of the BBC One dance contest arrives

Strictly Come Dancing fans think they have spotted Nikita Kuzmin’s potential plan for Amber Davies – if they’re able to progress in the competition.
The couple were seen giving their all during their quickstep to S Club 7’s 2000 hit Reach during the last live show, which they performed in the famous Blackpool Tower Ballroom, where Strictly broadcasts live for one week only during the series.
But there was a twist in store, as this year’s Blackpool special saw no couple have to leave the BBC One dance contest as the elimination was axed following La Voix’s withdrawal from the competition due to injury.
It meant that the dread of a dance-off was no longer looming, and Amber, whose beloved grandmother was watching from the audience, and Nikita scored 36 out of a possible 40, with Shirley Ballas saying she was “exhausted” by the performance, praising it for “great footwork”.
They are now throuhg to week ten, which takes place this Saturday night (November 29), and in a bid to make it through to the quarter-finals, Amber and Nikita will perform a Jive to Proud Mary by Tina Turner.

It led to some fans thinking that Nikita may have a plan up his sleeve – if week 11 of the competition is as expected, the Musicals Week special. @eurydaisies said: “nikita saving amber’s couples choice in musicals week i love him for that #strictly.” @eurydaisies echoed: “A jive! so nikita is saving amber’s couples choice in musicals week okay #strictly.”
But Amber is clearly working hard to make it through to the last themed week of the series, as resharing a glimpse at her and Nikita’s rehearsal footage this week, she confessed: “My legs are broken!”
She’s also shared a few more insights into how things are going. Alongside a selfie posted to her Instagram Story, the West End star shared: “Jive is in full swing. How have we gone frim quickstep, to an even quicker jive? [crying laughing emoji]. Really pushing it this week, come on week 10!!!!!”
Then, in a follow-up post featured a snap of herself and Nikita in the It Takes Two studio, the actress added: “This man and his wild and magical choreography. Grateful for YOU @nikita_kuzmin.”
