4. Trick Williams Called Up In Ilja Dragunov’s United States Championship Open Challenge
On the November 25 Gold Rush Night 2 special of WWE NXT, Myles Borne defeated Trick Williams.
This marked yet another major loss for Williams after losing two consecutive NXT Championship matches to Ricky Saints in the past two months.
Having been pegged for a main roster callup for the past year, it feels like the right time to have Trick Williams make the move to Raw or SmackDown.
Trick answering Ilja Dragunov’s United States Championship Open Challenge could see him once again dethrone “The Mad Dragon” for a title after their battles in NXT last year.
