Cena vs. Mysterio WWE Survivor Series result: Liv Morgan’s return seals ‘Dirty’ win

For one last time at a WWE premium live event, it was time for John Cena to remind Stu the cameraman it was time to go to work.
That work was attempting to defend the Intercontinental championship in a singles match against Dominik Mysterio at Petco Park in San Diego, California as one of the featured matches at tonight’s (Sat., Nov. 29, 2025) Survivor Series event.
They did something incredible early on — Mysterio made like he hurt his shoulder much like Penta did on television recently. But it turned out to be a fake, giving Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez time to put the boots to Cena in the ring. It set up for the 619 and the frog splash, but the referee wasn’t having it, refusing to count and then throwing the Judgment Day duo out.
Dirty Dom then tried the old loose boot trick, and it worked to get him another crack at his double finisher but that only got a two count.
Not long after, a referee bump led to the rest of Judgment Day hitting the ring to help Mysterio out. They didn’t do so hot, however, as both ended up eating an Attitude Adjustment at the very same time.
Finally, the big one — Liv Morgan made her long awaited return to help her man when he needed it most. It looked like she may have turned on him when she slapped him but it was revealed to be a ruse when she jumped John and did his own heel turn bit against him, delivering a low blow and opening the door for Dom to get his title back.
Cena’s final WWE PLE ends in defeat.
