Black Friday had its turn; now it’s on to Cyber Monday. Once upon a time, Black Friday was reserved for in-store shopping, while online shoppers ruled the day on Monday. Now, the two sales blend together, with one key difference: Cyber Monday marks the final day of Walmart’s big holiday sales event.
Walmart’s one-day Cyber Monday event takes place today, Dec. 1. Walmart+ members got early access to the top deals and doorbusters, some of which are already sold out. So, here’s everything shoppers and Walmart+ members need to know about Walmart Cyber Monday 2025.
While Amazon dominates the online space, Walmart is where you go to shop for low prices in person. If you prefer to avoid shipping costs and want to go hands-on with products before buying, most Walmart stores are open during their regular hours for the remainder of the holiday shopping season. Whether you like to shop online or in person, many Black Friday-Cyber Monday deals are still live in-store, online, and in the Walmart mobile app — at least, for now.

When does Walmart’s Cyber Monday sale start?
Walmart’s Cyber Monday sale began at midnight ET on Dec. 1. This sale takes place exclusively online and ends at midnight ET tonight, making this a 24-hour event.
Walmart Cyber Monday sale: Early access
As per usual, Walmart+ members got early access to Walmart Cyber Monday deals. Starting at 7 p.m. ET on Sunday night, Walmart+ members got to shop exclusive deals at the Walmart website. This gave members the opportunity to grab Walmart doorbuster deals and other popular products before everyone else. Now, the deals are live for everyone.
To encourage shoppers to sign up for Walmart+, the big box store is still offering 50% off Walmart+ memberships. Normally $98 a year, you can pay just $49 for a 1-year membership (alternatively, you can take advantage of the usual 30-day free trial). Walmart+ comes with free delivery, and not just for online purchases. You also get free grocery and pharmacy delivery. Finally, you get free access to either Peacock or Paramount+.

Does Walmart price-match Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals?
No — Walmart won’t price-match other retailers’ Cyber Monday deals, and it doesn’t offer retroactive price adjustments. However, if something you bought there recently gets cheaper later on during its Black Friday or Cyber Monday sales, you can always just return it and rebuy it. Under Walmart’s extended holiday return policy, most items purchased in stores or online from Oct. 31 to Dec. 31 are returnable until Jan. 31, 2026.
