More people are getting in contact with the BBC.
Jamie from Showfields contacted us to say he has been without water since Sunday.
He says he is a vulnerable adult, living with his disabled parents, and they have not received help from South East Water.
“I phoned the water people up three times and yet three days have passed and still no water has arrived,” says Jamie.
“Last time we had water issues we were put on a priority list, and I thought we would have packs of water delivered to our doorstep.”
A family friend has helped him to get water from a collection point.
“We are getting nothing from the water company – the updates on their website of when the water will come back on keep changing.
“It’s a complete mess – this situation is disgusting as once again the disabled and the vulnerable have been forgotten.”
