LOGAN, Utah (KUTV) — A suspicious package forced an emergency evacuation on the Utah State University campus.
The Old Main Building was evacuated just before 2:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
“Leave immediately using the nearest exit,” the alert read, in part. “Use stairs, not elevators. Take only essential items. Go to your department’s evacuation area if applicable.”

This comes as the university prepares to host the Turning Point USA event.
