Sorry, ladies: Glen Powell is “casually seeing” actress Michelle Randolph, a source exclusively tells Us Weekly.

“It’s very new,” the insider shares. “They started seeing where things would go around October and have been trying to keep it under the radar for almost two months now.”

The source says Powell, 37, and Randolph, 28, are “having fun,” but he “does not want to be public with anyone or be in a serious relationship right now.”

The pair sparked romance rumors last month when a TikTok user posted a video of them dancing at a bar in Powell’s hometown of Austin, Texas.

The source tells Us that the Running Man star and Randolph met because she “is friends with his sister Leslie and runs in a similar circle in L.A.” Plus, they have “many mutual friends,” according to the insider.

“They have been spending more time together in the last few weeks since they both have a break from filming,” the source adds. “She’s spent a lot of time in Texas this last year filming [Landman on Paramount+] and has that in common with Glen. Being from California, Michelle has really grown to love Texas, and they have bonded over it.”

While Powell’s relationship with Randolph is still new, the insider reveals she has met his family “a few times, and they all think she is sweet and lovely.” The 1923 alum has also “casually invited” the Top Gun: Maverick star to her sister Cassie Randolph‘s wedding to musician Brighton Reinhardt in Costa Rica on Friday, December 5, but the source says it is “unclear if he is going.” (Cassie, 30, famously won Colton Underwood‘s season of The Bachelor in 2019 before getting engaged to Reinhardt, 28, last year.)

They split as romance rumors swirled around the actor and Sydney Sweeney, though the Anyone But You costars have repeatedly stated that they were simply playing into the speculation as part of their film’s marketing campaign. Powell admitted to The New York Times in 2024 that “it worked wonderfully” to promote the rom-com but reiterated they were never an item.

Prior to Paris, Powell dated Extra correspondent Renee Bargh from 2018 to 2019 and actress Nina Dobrev in 2017.

A source exclusively told Us last month that the Chad Powers star was “dating here and there” but “not interested in having another public relationship at this time, especially after how everyone reacted to his friendship with Sydney.”
