Did anyone win Powerball? Winning numbers Wednesday, December 10, 2025

Claiming lottery in Delaware

18 states have laws that allow national lottery prize jackpot winners to remain anonymous, but is Delaware among them?

After no grand prize winner from the Monday, Dec. 8 drawing, the Powerball jackpot for Wednesday, Dec. 10 rose to $930 million with a cash value of $429 million. It’s now the seventh-largest Powerball jackpot in the game’s history.

The last time the jackpot approached these levels happened this fall, when it reached $1.787 billion for the Sept. 6 drawing. That grand prize — the second largest in the game’s history — was won by a winning ticket purchased in Missouri and another in Texas.
