Sara Arjun shares emotional note for Aditya Dhar, calls him the real Dhurandhar

Actor Sara Arjun, who recently stepped into Bollywood with Dhurandhar, has shared an emotional and deeply personal note dedicated to director Aditya Dhar. Posting a picture with Dhar on Instagram, the young actor expressed profound gratitude for the filmmaker who guided her through her first major Hindi film, calling him one of the greatest gifts she gained from the project.

Sara described Dhar as the “real Dhurandhar with a golden heart and the courage to trust,” praising him as “invincible, untouchable, and the goat of them all.” She credited him not only for shaping her performance but for becoming a meaningful presence in her life.

In her note, Sara admired his wisdom, humility and depth, writing that he represents the qualities she aspires to cultivate: “brilliant, but grounded; accomplished, yet such a pure soul.” She added that she felt blessed to have been mentored by someone with “a genuinely good heart,” someone she believes the world “deserves to know.”

Sara also spoke warmly of Dhar’s influence on the film’s atmosphere, highlighting his calm and steady leadership. “You were the strength that held us together,” she wrote, emphasising that he led with patience and never raised his voice. In a line that captured the essence of his quiet power, she added, “You are not the silence before the storm, you are the silence that caused it.”

Reflecting on her own growth, Sara credited Dhar for helping her expand her ambitions and trust her instincts. She admired his unwavering commitment to his vision, referencing his mantra: “Arjun ki nazar sirf aankh par thi.”

But what mattered most, she said, was the grace and generosity with which he empowered her as a newcomer. “You never made me feel new, small, or grateful just to be present. You made me feel capable,” she wrote.

Sara ended her heartfelt note by thanking Dhar for creating a rare, nurturing space where she felt safe to “dream big” and evolve as an artist without fear, making her debut experience not just memorable but transformative.
