Season 5 of the romantic comedy “Emily in Paris” will premiere on Netflix this month. Things are about to get a lot more exciting for the American expat, as she has traded in her French residence to take on a new opportunity in Rome: running Agence Grateau’s satellite office, per People.

“This season is a tale of two cities. Rome and Paris,” creator Darren Star told Netflix’s Tudum in August. “Straddling both, Emily takes love and life to the next level.”

Per Tudum, filming locations include the Place de l’Estrapade, Sacré-Cœur, Stade Roland Garros, Pont Neuf, Hôtel Plaza Athénée, Crazy Horse Paris, The Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Hotel Eden and Piazza Mattei.

Does Ashley Park really sing in ‘Emily in Paris’?

Yes, Ashley Park really does sing in “Emily in Paris,” Seventeen Magazine writes. Per her IMDb bio, Park is a Grammy and Tony-nominated actress and singer who graduated from the University of Michigan’s musical theater program.

She made her Broadway debut in 2014 performing in “Mamma Mia!” She has since starred in “The King and I,” “Sunday in the Park with George,” “Mean Girls” and “Grand Horizons.”

Will there be a season 6 of ‘Emily in Paris’?

Netflix has yet to officially announce whether or not “Emily in Paris” will be renewed for season 6. However, Show Snob wrote that “Emily in Paris” appeared on a list of Netflix original series that are planning to return in 2026. The list was reportedly shared by CEO Ted Sarandos during a Netflix Q3 earnings call in October.
