More than 40 years after delivering her debut self-titled album, Madonna is still scoring hits and charting successful releases all around the world. The pop icon is slated to drop a new full-length — reportedly a sequel to her Grammy-winning Confessions on a Dance Floor — at some point in 2026.
Ahead of a new pop era, the singer has spent 2025 doling out collections that focus on some of the most successful chapters of her career. Recently, Madonna delivered Bedtime Stories: The Untold Chapter, an EP of mixes and previously unreleased material from the time she was promoting Bedtime Stories. Both that short set and the original album become bestsellers again in the United Kingdom this week, and the superstar even manages a pair of brand new top 10s.
Bedtime Stories: The Untold Chapter Debuts Inside the Top 10
Bedtime Stories: The Untold Chapter is the focus for many Madonna fans, as it is the newest release from the musician. The EP nearly conquers the Official Album Downloads chart as it launches at No. 2. The project — which is made up of reworkings and new edits of various beloved tunes from Bedtime Stories, as well as the new single “Love Won’t Wait” — also kicks off its time inside the uppermost region on the Official Vinyl Albums ranking, beginning its run at No. 9.
How Many Top 10 Albums Has Madonna Scored?
As Bedtime Stories: The Untold Chapter debuts, Madonna earns her eleventh top 10 win on the Official Album Downloads chart and her seventeenth – out of only 20 appearances – on the Official Vinyl Albums roster.
Bedtime Stories: The Untold Chapter Hits Several Charts at Once
Bedtime Stories: The Untold Chapter also makes it to three other charts in the U.K., though it does not crack the top 10. The EP comes close to that region on both the Official Album Sales and Official Physical Albums rankings, launching at Nos. 12 and 19 respectively.
The EP narrowly breaks onto the Official Albums chart — which ranks the 100 most consumed projects of any genre and via any format — as it kicks off its time at No. 95.

As Bedtime Stories: The Untold Chapter enters in impressive starting positions on a number of charts, the original Bedtime Stories becomes a bestseller as well. Madonna’s sixth full-length, released a decade after her self-titled introduction, opens at No. 9 on the Official Album Sales list, which ranks the bestselling projects throughout the U.K., regardless of how fans decide to purchase.
Madonna Has Never Charted a No. 1 Bestseller
Bedtime Stories immediately becomes Madonna’s fifth top 10 on the Official Album Sales chart. It follows a trio of No. 2 peakers — Rebel Heart, Madame X, and Finally Enough Love — all of which stalled in the runner-up spot. Veronica Electronica hit No. 5 just a few months back.
Since first appearing on the Official Album Sales ranking a decade ago, Madonna has added up 20 appearances on the tally.

Bedtime Stories finds its way back to three charts in the U.K. at the same time that it debuts within the top 10 on the sales roster. Bedtime Stories settles in at No. 9 on the Official Physical Albums list, matching the exact position where it enters the Official Album Sales roster. Bedtime Stories is a bestseller on wax as it hits No. 25 on the Official Vinyl Albums tally, and it reappears at No. 61 on the Official Albums chart.
Bedtime Stories Doesn’t Reach the Album’s Previous Peaks
Bedtime Stories immediately establishes an exciting peak as it debuts on the Official Album Sales chart, but the title fails to climb as high as it has in the past on the other three rankings where it can currently be found in the U.K. Bedtime Stories has peaked at No. 2 on both the Official Albums and Official Physical Albums lists and at No. 7 on the Official Vinyl Albums roster. The album appears on that latter format-specific ranking for only the second time.
Madonna’s Immaculate Collection Returns as Well
As two versions of Bedtime Stories debut, Madonna claims one more successful full-length in the U.K. The Immaculate Collection, which features many of the biggest smashes from the earlier part of her career, narrowly manages to crack the Official Album Downloads chart as the compilation jumps back to No. 97 after failing to find space only a few days ago.
