I Love LA’s Jordan Firstman Slams ‘Heated Rivalry’: ‘It’s Not How Gay People F–k’ | Heated Rivalry, Jordan Firstman | Celebrity News and Gossip | Entertainment, Photos and Videos

Heated Rivalry has been winning over so many people across the past few weeks, including most of the LGBTQ+ community, but openly gay actor Jordan Firstman is not a fan.

The 34-year-old I Love LA actor is expressing his distaste for the series after watching the first two episodes.

Jordan doesn’t feel like the intimate scenes are realistic and he’s also calling out lead actors Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie for not clarifying their sexuality in real-life. For those who don’t know, Jordan is no stranger to sex scenes after having real, non-simulated sex in his 2023 movie Rotting in the Sun.

Jordan slammed Heated Rivalry in his new chat with Vulture.

“I’m sorry, I watched those first two episodes of Heated Rivalry and it’s just not gay. It’s not how gay people f–k,” he said.

Jordan also talked about his sex scene in HBO’s I Love LA. He said, “There’s so few things that actually show gay sex. In the first sex scene, when we both say ‘that part’ after cumming, that’s one of my favorite moments. That is a real thing that is from my life. Me and this guy were obsessed with saying ‘that part’ for a moment and we both came and just instinctively said it and then laughed a lot. That’s gay to me. A straight guy could not write that. They don’t know what the camaraderie of gay sex is. So, yeah, I think I definitely led the charge with that.”

The Vulture reporter told Jordan that Rotting in the Sun “was probably the best gay movie of the decade in terms of feeling honest about what gay life is like.”

Jordan responded by again slamming Heated Rivalry.

He said, “But [people] want to see Heated Rivalry. I go to art to be confronted and to think, but a lot of people just want entertainment or to see two straight hockey players pretending to be gay and f–king.”

The reporter pointed out how Hudson and Connor have not yet commented on their sexuality, so either one could be gay.

“Then you know what? I am one of those bitches who says, ‘Then say it.’ A gay guy would say it. I don’t respect you because you care too much about your career and what’s going to happen if people think you’re gay,” Jordan replied.

The creator of Heated Rivalry has explained why he doesn’t think the sexuality of the lead actors is important for fans to know.
