Weekend Waiver Wire Rankings – Fantasy Football Week 15 (2025)

Updated weekend fantasy football waiver wire rankings for Week 15 of the 2025 NFL season. Top fantasy football free agents and streamers to add off waivers including Emanuel Wilson, Andrei Iosivas, Jalen Wright, Jayden Reed, more.

Fantasy football playoffs are here! The NFL injury reports are out, and there is some time remaining make a move off the waiver to bolster your lineup or bench for the fantasy playoffs. It’s go time! At RotoBaller HQ, we have updated our weekend waiver wire rankings for fantasy football Week 15 of the 2025 season. The updated waiver wire rankings are to help fantasy managers secure that playoff win and advance to the next round of the fantasy playoffs.

As injury updates come in throughout the week, and roster percentages increase as players are picked up, we adjust our waiver wire rankings, and you can find those below. Will Emanuel Wilson have an increased role in Green Bay’s backfield with Josh Jacobs banged up and questionable with a knee injury? With Tee Higgins ruled out, will Andrei Iosivas operate as the Bengals WR2? Is Ravens tight end Isaiah Likely worth streaming in a smash spot against the Bengals in Week 15?

These Week 15 waiver wire rankings are updated for the weekend by Nick Mariano, RotoBaller’s lead fantasy football analyst and forecaster. For those who are not familiar, he brings you his weekly waiver wire rankings and priority adds for the top 85 options to consider across various positions and league sizes. Good luck in Week 15 on the waiver wire and in your matchups!

Quarterbacks (QB) and Defenses (D/ST) are grouped together at the bottom of the list:

Isaiah Likely, TE, Ravens

Across 10 games so far this season, Baltimore Ravens tight end Isaiah Likely has recorded 22 receptions for 248 yards and a touchdown on 31 targets. While his full-season numbers don’t jump off the page, the 25-year-old appears to be trending upwards. Over his last two games, Likely has hauled in nine catches for 124 yards and a touchdown on 12 targets.

If not for an ill-fated fumble at the goal line the week before and a questionable call on a dropped touchdown last Sunday, Likely might have three scores over the last two weeks. Given veteran tight end Mark Andrews’ (glute) presence in Baltimore, Likely’s playing time usually has a defined ceiling.

However, Andrews popped up on Thursday’s injury report as a limited practice participant due to a glute injury heading into Baltimore’s Week 15 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals. If Andrews is facing any sort of missed time, Likely would immediately emerge as a high-upside starting tight end option for fantasy managers.

Dare Ogunbowale, RB, Texans

Houston Texans running back Dare Ogunbowale made the most of his lone carry last week, scampering five yards for a touchdown against the Chiefs. The 31-year-old veteran played only one snap, filling in while Nick Chubb (ribs) and Woody Marks (knee) were temporarily unavailable. He has four carries for 23 yards and a touchdown, along with five catches for 36 yards all season long, but he could be the team’s primary backup this week since Chubb is questionable for Week 15 against the Cardinals.

The Cardinals are a great matchup for running backs, and if Ogubowale ends up playing meaningful snaps, he has some flier upside. He’s only the RB61 in RotoBaller’s rankings, though, so he’s best left on the waiver wire in most formats. It is worth watching to see if he’ll be the primary backup, though, since Marks usually works in a rotation.

Jayden Reed, WR, Packers

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jayden Reed (shoulder) will avoid an injury designation ahead of the Week 15 matchup against the Denver Broncos. Reed made his return from a 10-game absence due to a fractured foot and broken collarbone during last week’s win over the Chicago Bears. The 25-year-old hauled in all four of his targets for 31 yards while carrying the ball twice for 22 yards.

The assumption is that Reed’s workload will increase after playing only 47 percent of the offensive snaps last weekend. He’ll draw a tough matchup against a Broncos defense that has allowed the second-fewest yards per target to wide receivers this season. Reed still has enough upside to be looked at as a potential flex play in Week 15, but fantasy managers should temper their expectations in a bad matchup as Reed battles for touches in a crowded WR room in Green Bay.

Emanuel Wilson, RB, Packers

Green Bay Packers running back Emanuel Wilson has spent the majority of the 2025 season in a backup role to his superstar teammate, running back Josh Jacobs (knee). However, Jacobs is battling a lingering knee injury that has held him out of practice on both Wednesday and Thursday heading into the team’s Week 15 matchup against the Denver Broncos.

In the one game that Jacobs has missed so far this season, Wilson recorded 125 scrimmage yards and two touchdowns on 30 touches against the Minnesota Vikings. If Jacobs were to miss additional time, Wilson would immediately vault into being a clear starting fantasy running back.

Along with the potential for playing time, Wilson has proven himself capable of solid production. Across 37 career NFL games, he’s averaged 4.6 yards per carry and scored eight touchdowns. Until Jacobs proves to be fully clear of the knee injury that has plagued him since Week 11, Wilson is a must-roster player with league-winning upside.

Chris Rodriguez Jr., RB, Commanders

Washington Commanders running back Chris Rodriguez Jr. (groin) is listed as questionable heading into Week 15 against the New York Giants. Rodriguez ran well again during Washington’s 31-0 shutout loss last week against the Minnesota Vikings, compiling 52 yards on 10 carries. However, the Commanders had only seven total drives and were forced to pass as they played from behind all game. The 25-year-old has operated as Washington’s primary early-down back with Jeremy McNichols handling passing-down responsibilities.

He’s recorded double-digit carries in four of the past five games, and he and Kyren Williams are the only two running backs with at least 25 carries to post a 70% rushing success rate or higher over that span. If he’s active, Rodriguez will look to take advantage of a favorable matchup on Sunday against the division-rival Giants, who have the 31st-ranked rushing defense, allowing 154.2 rushing yards per game. C-Rod ranks as RotoBaller’s RB26 in PPR leagues.
