Snappy video pushes Will Reichard for Pro Bowl recognition

Fan voting for the Pro Bowl Games ends on Monday, and the Minnesota Vikings are pushing their specialists as candidates for NFC honors. That includes kicker Will Reichard, a former Hoover High School and Alabama standout.

The Vikings’ promotional effort dresses Reichard, punter Ryan Wright and long snapper Andrew DePaola as a barbershop quartet (minus one) to deliver their pitch in a certain pitch – but not quite in song – in a snappy video.

Reichard has Pro Bowl credentials in a conference that also features top kickers Brandon Aubrey of the Dallas Cowboys and Chase McLaughlin of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

In his second season since joining the Vikings in the fifth round of the 2024 NFL Draft, Reichard has become the first player to make four field goals of 59 or more yards in a single campaign. He’s 4-of-4 from that distance.

Overall, Reichard has made 22-of-24 field-goal attempts and all 23 of his extra-point kicks in 2025. With eight field goals of at least 50 yards, Reichard trails only McLaughlin, who has 10, and Aubrey, who has nine, in the NFL this season.

Minnesota’s spotty offense is costing Reichard scoring opportunities, though. In 13 games this season, he has 89 points. As a rookie, Reichard scored 110 points in 13 games as he had six more field-goal attempts and the Vikings had 15 more touchdowns than in 2025.

Fans can vote online for their Pro Bowl favorites through Monday. Reichard is among the 74 players from Alabama high schools and colleges on the ballot.

Fans also can vote via X by tweeting the first and last names of a player, tagging the player’s X handle or creating a hashtag from the player’s first and last names. All three methods must include #ProBowlVote. On Sunday and Monday, each social-media vote counts as two.

This year, fans can access Pro Bowl Games voting on Madden NFL 26 Mobile through the Pro Bowl event tile in the Madden Mobile Ultimate Team mode. Votes can be made using Ballot Tokens (up to 30 per day) and Ballot Tokens reset daily at 9:30 a.m. CST. Votes on Madden Mobile also count double during the final two days of voting.

NFL players and coaches will make their Pro Bowl selections on Friday.

The selections made by fans, players and coaches will count one-third apiece toward determining the Pro Bowl Games rosters for the AFC and NFC teams.

The 7-on-7 flag football game featuring the Pro Bowl players will be held at 7 p.m. Feb. 3 at Moscone Center South Building in San Francisco.

Reichard and the Vikings return to the field against the Dallas Cowboys at 7:20 p.m. CST Sunday at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. NBC will televise the game.
