An appeal has been launched to trace his family

Police have named a man who died at his Stoke-on-Trent home as an appeal has been launched to trace his relatives. Andre John Brian was discovered at his address in Kildare Street, Longton, on December 8.
Officers have confirmed there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the 58-year-old’s death. Now the coroner’s office is looking to track Mr Brian’s next of kin.
A Staffordshire Police spokesman said: “His Majesty’s Coroner’s Office in Stoke-on-Trent is appealing for help to trace the family of a man who has died. Andre John Brian, aged 58, was found dead at his home in Kildare Street, Stoke-on-Trent, on 8 December 2025.
“HM Coroner for Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent needs to trace next of kin. Any family members or friends of Andre or persons who can provide information as to possible relatives, are asked to contact Stoke-on-Trent Coroner’s Office.”
