Domestic violence charge for Richard Falor, fiancé of Rebecca Park

CADILLAC — Richard Falor was arrested on Dec. 17 at approximately 9:22 p.m. following a physical altercation in Cedar Creek Township.

According to Michigan State Police, he was arraigned on one count of domestic violence, with his bond reduced from $1 million to $5,000 cash surety.

The incident involving Falor occurred when troopers were dispatched to a residence after a reported physical altercation with a 21-year-old male. Following his arrest, Falor was lodged in Wexford County Jail.

Falor is Rebecca Park’s fiancé, she was found dead back in November. He was arrested initially on charges unrelated to her murder. Falor was out on bond at the time of his December arrest.

Falor’s next court date is Jan. 14 at 9 a.m., where further developments regarding his domestic violence charge will be addressed.
