Trimble Cleared To Play Vs. Ohio State

ATLANTA – University of North Carolina senior guard Seth Trimble is medically cleared and is expected to play on Saturday when the Tar Heels square off against Ohio State in Atlanta in the CBS Sports Classic (3 p.m., CBS).

Trimble broke a bone in his left forearm on November 9, two days after he scored 17 points in Carolina’s 87-74 win over Kansas.

The Menomonee Falls, Wis., native has played in 104 games as a Tar Heel.
