Vikings Lose J.J. McCarthy, Ryan Kelly & Jordan Mason to Injuries at Giants in Week 16

Max Brosmer entered the game to take one kneel-down to finish the first half and remained in the game in the third quarter.

Earlier in the half, Minnesota lost Kelly during a run on fourth-and-1 that resulted in a gain of 3 by Aaron Jones, Sr., who is playing through an ankle injury that briefly sidelined the veteran.

Kelly entered concussion protocol after having missed time earlier this season in the protocol.

Mason left the game with an ankle injury after catching a pass for 6 yards during Minnesota’s first possession.

McCarthy finished the day 9-for-14 passing with 108 yards, an interception and a passer rating of 58.0.

He also scrambled twice for a total of 20 yards, highlighted by an impressive 12-yard touchdown run to make it 13-3 with 2:01 remaining in the first half.
