CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A woman was hospitalized Wednesday evening after being stabbed multiple times.
According to the Cleveland Police, at around 8:36 p.m., officers responded to the 3000 block of West 44th Street for a felonious assault call.
When officers responded, they found a 32-year-old woman with multiple stab wounds.
Investigators said that a verbal altercation between the woman and a known suspect led up to the stabbing.
The woman was taken to the hospital for further treatment, according to police.
