PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — Investigators are working to determine what caused a car to crash into the entrance of a building early Saturday morning.
Police and fire crews responded to the 200 block of North 15th Street in Center City around 2 a.m.
The building is part of Drexel University’s Center City campus.
Authorities say the driver was pulled from the wreckage and taken to the hospital.
That person is expected to recover.
Philadelphia’s Department of Licenses and Inspections was called to assess the structural integrity of the building.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
