Amber Alert issued for 14-year-old Lummi girl

The Washington State Patrol issued an Amber Alert Saturday morning, Dec. 27, for a 14-year-old Lummi Nation girl.
Cheyanna Howell left Bellingham around 2 a.m. Saturday with another individual in a white 2003 Lexus LS430, according to the alert. The vehicle’s license plate reads CLX6617.
Howell is described as being last seen wearing a pink camouflage zip-up sweatshirt and possibly red pants while carrying a gray backpack. She has glasses.
She is 5-foot-5 and weighs around 200 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes, according to the Amber Alert.
Anyone who sees her or the vehicle is encouraged to call 911.
