A 3.35-acre industrial property in Fairfield has sold for $8.74 million, according to the commercial real estate firm that brokered the transaction.
NAI James E. Hanson negotiated the sale of 8 Evans Street, with Michael G. Walters and Cameron Silverstein representing the seller, Anderson and Vreeland Realty Co.
The buyer was KF Mechanical, LLC., according to a statement.
The property off Route 46 features a 28,000-square-foot warehouse facility with industrial outdoor storage.
Walters, executive managing director of corporate services at NAI James E. Hanson, said in a statement, “Properties like 8 Evans Street rarely come to market, and that scarcity helped drive a highly competitive process among qualified buyers.”
