Packers vs. Ravens: Malik Willis active, Lamar Jackson inactive

Green Bay Packers quarterback Malik Willis is active and expected to start on Saturday night at Lambeau Field, while Lamar Jackson is inactive for the Baltimore Ravens in Week 17.

Willis, who battled through a right shoulder injury suffered last Saturday night and then missed a practice on Wednesday due to an illness, will start in place of Jordan Love, who is inactive while still in concussion protocol. Jackson suffered a significant back contusion last Sunday, did not practice this week and is officially out for Saturday night. Tyler “Snoop” Huntley will start for the Ravens at quarterback.

This isn’t a typical backup quarterback battle. The Packers won two starts made by Willis last season and have been competitive in every game in which he has replaced Love this season. Huntley has started 10 games over five seasons with the Ravens, and Baltimore won the team’s only start made by Huntley (versus the Bears) this season.

Love started the Packers’ first 15 games of 2025. The Ravens are just 1-2 this season when Jackson doesn’t start, including two starts made by Cooper Rush.

The Packers appear to have survived an illness sweeping through the locker room. Not only is Willis active, but left guard Aaron Banks, center Sean Rhyan, receiver Christian Watson and cornerback/receiver/special teamer Bo Melton are all available despite being listed as questionable with illnesses this week.

Safety Evan Williams is returning to the field after missing a game with a sprained MCL.

Kickoff is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. CT from Lambeau Field.

Packers inactives

  • QB Jordan Love (concussion)
  • DL Collin Oliver (healthy scratch)
  • OL Zach Tom (knee)
  • WR Savion Williams (illness)
  • DL Nazir Stackhouse (healthy scratch)
  • DL Barryn Sorrell (healthy scratch)

Ravens inactives

The Packers need a win to stay alive in the NFC North race. The Ravens need a win to remain in playoff contention.
