Julian Love gifts teammates, coaches awesome gift for Christmas

The Seattle Seahawks are not practicing on Christmas Day. Head coach Mike Macdonald amended the team’s practice schedule this week so that players could have Christmas off. Wednesday’s session was in preparation for Sunday’s Week 17 showdown versus the Carolina Panthers.
Veteran safety Julian Love showed special appreciation for his teammates and coaches once practice included. Love had Christmas gifts waiting for the entire Seahawks secondary and their position coaches after practice. Those in the position room were gifted Bettinardi Golf putters and personalized Vessel Golf bags.
For those unfamiliar, these are high-end luxury brands.
It’s another example that highlights how tight-knit this Seahawks team is. Off-field bonding often leads to on-field success. The 12-3 Seahawks sit atop the entire NFC conference, meaning they’re currently slated for the first-round bye, No. 1 seed, and homefield advantage. Gestures like Love’s create additional appreciation.
Love dealt with a midseason injury that sidelined him for multiple contests. The experienced and versatile defensive back returned to the Seahawks’ lineup in Week 14 and has been ramping up his participation ever since. It didn’t take Love long for him to remind his teammates and coaches how much he adores them.
