Martin Frank previews Eagles at Bills in cold, rainy Buffalo area
The Eagles are getting ready to face the Buffalo Bills in the cold and rain at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, N.Y.
ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. − Eagles edge rusher Jaelan Phillips left the game in the second quarter with an apparent lower leg injury.
Phillips was hurt while rushing Bills quarterback Josh Allen on 3rd-and-8 from the Eagles’ 44 with about 11 minutes remaining in the second quarter.
Phillips went down to the ground for a minute or so. He couldn’t put much weight on his leg as he was helped to the sideline and into the medical tent.

Phillips returned on the Eagles’ next defensive series.
The Eagles acquired Phillips on Nov. 3 in a trade with the Miami Dolphins. Since arriving in Week 10, Phillips ranks tied for fifth in the NFL with 31 QB pressures.
The Eagles have Jalyx Hunt and Nolan Smith to fill out most of Phillips’ playing time if he can’t return.
In addition, they can use Brandon Graham if needed.
