‘Southern Hospitality’ star arrested on harassment warrant

CHARLESTON — City police arrested a star of Bravo’s Charleston-based “Southern Charm” spinoff after a traffic stop found she had unidentified pills in a container labeled “Happy Pills” and an active warrant, according to a report.

Grace Lilly, a 27-year-old Mount Pleasant resident, was arrested Dec. 28 by Charleston police after a license plate camera flagged the “Southern Hospitality” star’s vehicle for an active arrest warrant on a second-degree harassment charge, according to an incident report.

A copy of the warrant was not immediately available.

A Charleston police officer then saw Lilly allegedly fail to use her turn signal in her 2012 Mercedez Benz as she merged onto the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge from the Morrison Drive entrance.

An officer placed her in handcuffs at the Circle K located across the bridge at 199 W. Coleman Blvd. Police discovered unidentified white and blue pills in a container labeled “Happy Pills” after she requested that her purse go with her to jail, according to the report.

Lilly allegedly told the officer that the pills were birth control and Xanax, according to the report. She did not have immediate documentation of either prescription, according to the report.
