Now, enthusiasts have received their most significant clues to date. In a statement released alongside the trailer, ITV declared: “Even after so much Love Island drama, there’s still PLENTY of unfinished business. Love. Friendship. Bromance. Revenge? With All Star islanders returning to the Villa, it’s time to tie up all these loose ends.”, reports OK!.

The statement adds: “So we’re asking the audience to crack who’s back. If you can connect the clues, you might be able to work out who’s got unfinished business. Maya’s ready to lead the charge. Let the guessing begin.” Objects glimpsed in the teaser feature a football, a rugby ball and a for sale sign.

In the footage, Maya Jama addresses viewers: “Listen up. I know you’re all over every drop of tea from the Love Island villa.

“From broken hearts to bombshells that burst. And you’re the perfect people to work out who’s coming back for more. We’ve got the clues. They’ve got the motive. So, who’s got unfinished business?”.

Additional hints are displayed including a boarding pass and a snap showing the exterior of a barber’s shop. Maya then strolls past a dozen empty polaroid prints, several bearing question marks.

Gabby Allen and Casey O’Gorman claimed victory in the second All Stars series this year, defeating rivals including Ekin-Su and Curtis Pritchard, Elma Pazar and Sammy Root, plus Luca Bish and Grace Jackson.

Whispered suggestions for the upcoming series feature last year’s divisive islander Harrison Solomon and 2023 champion Jess Harding. A Love Island representative commented: “Any names suggested are simply speculation at this point. The line-up will be confirmed in due course.”
