Massive 6-alarm blaze rips through N.J. warehouse. Alerts issued to residents.

A massive six-alarm blaze is ripping through a warehouse in Roselle Park on Thursday evening and causing concerns about air quality for residents in the area.
A video on social media showed flames shooting from a warehouse building at 140 Valley Road.
A company that produces “a variety of construction coating, overlay, and fluid-applied flooring materials,” is listed as owning a warehouse at that address.
Authorities asked the public to avoid the area of West Westfield and Valley roads as at units operate at a multiple alarm fire.
“Residents are asked to please avoid the area and residents living in the west end of town are asked to keep windows and doors closed as air quality may be diminished due to heavy smoke,” Roselle Park police said in a Thursday evening Facebook post.
Numerous local fire departments including Kenilworth and Westfield said in social media posts they were assisting in the six-alarm fire.
“Please pray for our families in Roselle Park and families in the area,” Roselle Park Councilman Gregory Johnson said on social media.
