One of which is the Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl 2026, which has the Rice Owls taking on the Texas State Bobcats in a battle of Texas programs. Rice (5-7) is coming off a 52-3 loss to South Florida, while Texas State (6-6) enters in off a 49-26 victory over South Alabama.
