The UT Administration has witnessed a growth of just 2% in the Goods and Services Tax (GST) collection in December 2025 in comparison with the levy collections during the corresponding period an year before.
According to data released by the Ministry of Finance, the GST collection for December last stood at Rs 188 crore against Rs 183 crore mopped up in the same month in 2024.
The UT had registered 6% growth in GST collection in November, as the collection stood at Rs 243 crore against Rs 230 crore mopped up in the same month in 2024.
