To learn new skills in Devil Hunter, open your in-game phone by pressing N. Click on the Skill Tree folder, where you can view all available skills based on your class and weapon choice.
Some skills are learned passively, but most require you to reach certain stat point thresholds. To increase your stat points, fight devils or other players while using the corresponding weapon.
