ENFIELD, CT (WFSB) – A tractor trailer crash closed lanes of Interstate 91 northbound in Enfield on Tuesday morning.
According to the state Department of Transportation, the right and center lanes are closed between exits 47E and 47W.
The crash was reported just before 6:30 a.m.
CT DOT said the tractor trailer hit a “fixed object.”
State police elaborated and said that a car carrier struck an overpass and a vehicle appeared to have fallen off of it.
CT DOT inspected to bridge.
No injuries were reported.
There was no word on a cause for the crash.
