Webster, N.Y. — A portion of State Route 104 was closed Wednesday morning after a pedestrian was hit and killed, according to New York State Police.
The expressway was closed to westbound traffic between Hard and Five Mile Line roads in Webster, with emergency personnel still on scene. Drivers were advised to avoid the area.
