Sunderland have drawn each of their last four Premier League games, and could become the first side to draw five in a row in the competition since Fulham from December 2020 to January 2021.
Brentford are unbeaten in their last five Premier League games (W3 D2), only going longer without defeat in the competition on three previous occasions, most recently in May 2025 (6).
