John Summit Teases New Album, Fall Tour, and More

From launching Experts Only New York to releasing a run of singles that flaunted his range (like “crystallized” with Inéz and his official remix of Britney Spears’ “I Wanna Go”), 2025 was, by all accounts, a banner year for John Summit. With momentum clearly on his side, the Energizer-bunny-like producer is already doubling down on making 2026 even bigger, teasing a “fresh start” led by the five IDs he recently premiered at Countdown NYE in Los Angeles and, later this year, the follow-up to his 2024 debut LP, Comfort In Chaos.
“Full album debut at ultra, big ibiza residency incoming + album production tour in the fall,” he tweeted on December 26. “We going all the f*** out in 2026.”
In the comments, Summit clarified that Experts Only New York – which returns to Randall’s Island from September 19 through 20 – will not be a stop on the forthcoming tour, but rather a standalone DJ set. “Tour is a proper show,” he wrote.
In a separate tweet, he confirmed that the tour will include at least one stop in Spain, along with a potential date in Colombia, adding that he’s “working on a new” track with Colombian singer-songwriter Feid. (Hear it in the sixth slide of the Instagram carousel below.)
The Experts Only label head declined to comment on the album’s projected release date or title, but given the timing of Ultra Miami (March 27 through 29) and the fall tour, the project will most likely drop sometime between April and August. In the meantime, fans can preview the new music to come via Summit’s Instagram carousel of IDs below.
