Manchester United’s first game without Ruben Amorim ended in a 2-2 draw at Burnley as Benjamin Sesko’s double wasn’t enough to hand Darren Fletcher’s men all three points.

United fell behind in the first half when Ayden Heaven’s deflection diverted the ball into his own net. Sesko scored his first goals since the start of October when he turned home from Bruno Fernandes before he doubled his tally with an excellent finish.

However, Jaidon Anthony’s curling strike into the top corner pegged United back level. Fletcher’s side dominated the final stages of the clash at Turf Moor, with Shea Lacey’s effort, which smashed the crossbar, their best opportunity.
