California cops hunting ‘less attractive’ Jason Statham in Whole Foods caviar heist

California cops are hunting down a dollar store Jason Statham — or at least a “less attractive version” of him — who allegedly ripped off a Whole Foods for $1,700 worth of caviar last month.

“This is not Jason Statham filming an action scene in a grocery store,” the Irvine Police Department joked in a “Wanted Wednesday” post seeking the public’s help in locating the perpetrator.

The fish egg theft was all smoke and mirrors, with not-Statham apparently trying to disguise his crime by selecting a handful of everyday items to appear like a typical shopper.

But cops say he hid the expensive caviar tins in a Whole Foods bag he brought with him, ditched his shopping basket and walked out of the store with the luxury goods.

The theft was discovered after an employee noticed the entire caviar section had been emptied and reviewed security footage.

Management later saw the suspect allegedly taking tins priced between $99 and $170 each, Fox 11 reported.
