Our Farm Next Door Amanda, Clive And Kids to return to our screens this month

Our Farm Next Door: Amanda, Clive and Kids is set to return to More4 later this month, with viewers promised five new episodes charting the highs and lows of the Owen family’s ambitious renovation project.

Often described by fans as a Yorkshire take on Grand Designs, the series follows Yorkshire Shepherdess Amanda Owen, Clive Owen and their nine children as they transform the derelict farmhouse next door to Ravenseat, known as Anty John’s, into a modern family home.

The series will air from 9pm on More4 from 19 January.

Expect plenty of sheep, family fun and a behind-the-scenes look at daily life in the Yorkshire Dales, according to producers.

In the new episodes, Amanda continues to delve into the fascinating history of the farmhouse, including its most famous former resident, Swaledale map maker Anthony Clarkson, while the family takes on one of their biggest challenges yet, the interior renovation.

From planning layouts to installing plumbing and finally running water, the work marks a major step forward in the project.

Speaking about the return, Amanda Owen said: “I am beyond delighted that we have been allowed to showcase this unique and beautiful part of our British countryside and for people to join us on our exciting journey through the restoration of our farm next door.”

The upcoming episodes form part of the programme’s third and fourth series, which were filmed between May and December 2025, capturing the full force of Yorkshire weather along the way.

Channel 4 commissioning editor Jayne Stanger said: “Following the Owen family’s incredible work to renovate Anty John’s has been such a joy, and I’m over the moon we’re able to continue the journey with two more series for More4.

“I can’t wait to see how the amazing transformation of the farmhouse continues, alongside the magnificent Yorkshire scenery we’re treated to in every episode.”

Series producer James Knight added: “Watching the 11-strong Owen family pulling together to transform this wonderful old barn has been an incredible ride so far.

“As work begins inside to turn its four walls into a home, Amanda will be digging deeper into Anty John’s eye-opening back story.”

Amanda Owen, who first rose to fame on Channel 5’s Our Yorkshire Farm, returns with her family for two further series of Our Farm Next Door, each consisting of five hour-long episodes.
