Ja’Marr Chase Joins Elite Bengals With Second First-Team All-Pro Nod

Ja’Marr Chase keeps catching milestones, and on Saturday he got a big one with his second nod as a first team All-Pro wide receiver that made him the fifth Bengal ever to make it multiple times.

Chase, headed to his fifth Pro Bowl in a few weeks, joins Bengals Ring of Honor members Anthony Munoz (9), Willie Anderson (3) and Chad Johnson (2) in the club. Defensive tackle Geno Atkins is the most recent when he got nods in 2012 and 2015.

Chase grabbed 125 catches for 1,412 yards and eight touchdowns to beat Cowboys wide receiver George Pickens for the third and final spot behind unanimous choices Puka Nacua of the Rams and Jaxon Smith-Njigba of the Seahawks.

Chase received 26 first-place votes to Pickens’ 21 from the Associated Press’ panel of 50 voters.
