Dana White announces new name for UFC APEX

The UFC APEX has been rebranded for the next five years.
UFC CEO Dana White announced a new five-year deal on Wednesday morning with Meta, which changes the name of the fight arena from the UFC APEX to Meta APEX.
“So as we go into the new year, the home of Contender Series, the home of some [UFC] Fight Nights, the home of Zuffa Boxing, UFC BJJ will now be called the Meta APEX,” White said on Instagram. “We’ve done a five-year deal with Meta.
“So welcome to the new Meta APEX.”
The APEX has been a hub for the UFC since opening in 2019, but more so since the COVID-19 pandemic took over the world. Even after all restrictions were removed, the UFC still remains hosting Fight Night events in their home building. Now with the addition of UFC BJJ and Zuffa Bozing, along with an expansion of the arena for ticket sales, the new Meta APEX will see more use than it ever has before.
Zuffa Boxing is set to host their first event on Jan. 23, the day before UFC 324, and will return Jan. 30, and host their third card of the year on Feb. 14. The UFC’s first card at Meta APEX takes place Feb. 7 for UFC Vegas 113, headlined by Mario Bautista vs. Vinicius Oliveira.
