Top5, the Canadian rapper, who also goes by the name Hassan Ali, recently shared a video on social media. In the video, Top5 was seen filming Drummond, allegedly accusing him of sleeping with his ex-wife, while he was serving his time in prison on charges of first-degree murder. And even though there is no proof of this allegation being put on the 76ers center, this recent claim has made headlines as it has drawn much attention online, as further details await.

In November 2025, playing against the Brooklyn Nets, Drummond sustained a right knee injury as he was trying to catch a rebound, and was later seen suffering in pain. Later, it came to light that Drummond sustained a knee injury and was immediately taken off the court in a wheelchair.
