Love Island: All Stars is back and Essex’s own Millie Court, has returned to the dating programme, following her recent split with Liam Reardon. Millie Court, 29, won season seven of the reality show with her then boyfriend Liam, 26.
Millie won the hearts of viewers at home as she stood her ground, when Liam made the decision to stray in Casa Amor. After winning the show, the couple announced a shock split in 2022, before coming back together, but finally ended their relationship in September 2025. Now, the Romford-born TV personality is back on the show, looking to start a new chapter. But she told her fans yesterday in a ‘diary entry’ that returning to the show was not an easy decision to make. She said: “If you’re watching this video right now, then that means I’m back on the telly. Love Island: All Stars, what the hell am I doing? It took me a while to come to this decision to go back on the show.

“I didn’t know if it was the right or wrong thing to do,” she added. “But as 2026 was approaching, I decided I was going to make this year a good one whether that’s career-wise or living life to the fullest and saying ‘yes’ more, or maybe even finding love again. Who knows? Remembering her previous success on the show, she said: “Season seven will always hold a special place in my heart and I will never ever forget it, but that chapter in my life is over now and it’s time for a new one. “One where I put myself first, push myself out of my comfort zone, take every opportunity that comes my way because I don’t want to live my life with what ifs or regrets for turning something down because I was too scared, or too comfortable.” Millie told fans: “I’m not sure how this new chapter is going to pan out and I’m sure I’ll make mistakes and learn from them, but it’s just a reminder that we all are real people and to remember to always be kind. I hope you guys enjoy the show.” Love Island: All Stars is on ITV2 at 9pm every night of the week.
