EAGLE-eyed Love Island fans have Whit-nessed one of the girls being potentially shady while talking about her fellow Islander friend.
Viewers took to social media to express their feelings after watching the toe-curling conversation between Whitney and Scott on last night’s episode.

Talking about love interest Leanne, Scott confided in Whitney: “That chat with Leanne was class. We clicked. That surprised me quite a bit.
“I think it surprised her as the conversation was going how much it was just flowing.
“I didn’t expect that, because the conversation with Belle last night was class and I thought, oh yeah, me and Belle click instantly.
“But now I’m like, hmmm…”

Whitney responded: “Well…” and stayed silent.
Scott inquired: “You don’t sound convinced.”
“I’m not,” Whitney admitted.
“Why are you not convinced?” he asked again.
She went on to say: “Because lifestyle wise, it’s very different. In terms of priorities in the relationship.
“She’s heavy on finances and security from a man.”
Some Love Island fans have hit out at Whitney for trying to ‘sabotage’ the blossoming – while others say she’s just being a good friend to both of them.
Over on X, a fan commented: “Whitney trying to put Scott off Leanne when she said she is just interested in her finances.”
A second joked: “Did Whitney just call Scott poor?”
A third added: “Sorry but Whitney has started to get on my nerves! If she wants Scott just say!”
“Whitney so clearly has a thing for Scott which is why she’s trying to sabotage him and Leanne,” noted another.
Other fans defended Whitney and wrote: “Whitney telling Scott that Leanne is expensive on finances is killing me.”
Another saw where she was coming from and penned: “Whitney was defo saying that Leanne is a high maintenance girl and with Scott in Wales and Leanne, who likes to live life, they might not work – not that Scott is struggling financially.”
“Politely telling Scott he’s broke for Leanne,” chuckled another.
The footballer, 25, made a bold entrance much to the shock of the other lads on the programme, entering as the show’s first male bombshell.
But fans have noticed that he’s already reusing pickup lines on both Belle and Leanne.
Sliding up to both girls on separate occasions, Scott repeated: “Wow I love your eyes.”
Viewers are now branding Scott as a “player” online.
Scott first graced the villa in 2023 during season 10 of Love Island.
While he was dumped and didn’t leave the show in a relationship, he went on to appear on Love Island US, Love Island Games and, most recently, Perfect Match on Netflix.
