Millie and Liam met on Love Island in 2021 and eventually won the show – becoming fan favourites as they continued their relationship back home.
While they briefly split the following year, they got back together and appeared a solid couple until quietly parting ways five months ago.
At the time, the pair remained fairly quiet on their break-up, with Millie simply saying she has to “start again”.
But now, Millie has revealed she would “definitely not” go back to Liam, explaining to her fellow islanders that the relationship was actually done long before they split up.

Millie was questioned by co-star Charlie Frederick, who she has been forming a romance with on the show, about her previous relationship.
Charlie asked: “Would you get back with your ex?”
To which Millie replied that she wouldn’t, before confirming to her castmates that she has been single for five months.
When Charlie then questioned whether it was “too soon” for her to fall again, Millie explained: “I think it was over before it was actually over.
“Our relationship changed Christmas last year,” said Millie, despite the fact she didn’t split from Liam until around nine months later.
She added: “Everyone’s got a different timeline of getting over someone, and I’m ready.”
While many have been speculating that Liam could make a bombshell appearance in the villa, The Sun revealed earlier this month how the Essex beauty specifically asked bosses not to sign Liam up for the show.
With the All Stars show known for throwing exes together, Millie was keen to get it written in her contract that the same wouldn’t happen to her.
But execs – who previously provided an explosive reunion for exes Callum Jones and Molly Smith – refused to agree to Millie’s request.
They did, however, reassure her that they were NOT in talks with Liam.
The Sun understands that is still the case and Liam is not currently in the mix to appear in this series – however producers seem to have still not ruled it out.
A source said: “Molly and Callum being flung into the villa for series one after their break-up was a huge twist and was at the heart of the storyline for the entire run.
“Millie knew that her recent break-up with Liam would be enticing for bosses but wanted to try and have her own journey.
“ITV did not want to make it a condition of her signing though, but were quick to reassure her Liam wasn’t currently part of their plans.
“Things change though, and producers are constantly responding to the flow of relationships so fans shouldn’t rule it out.”
When asked what would happen if her ex were to make a return, Millie told The Sun before entering the villa: “I can’t speak for future Millie, I don’t know how I would react, I really don’t know.”
