COLUMBUS, Ohio — The transfer portal is officially closed, and Ohio State felt its impact more than at any other time since its introduction.
The Buckeyes used it as both a weapon, while also falling victim to it in the past two weeks, resulting in significant shakeups to what its roster will look like moving forward. Success in the portal has meant bringing in 16 players, with many expecting to make a serious impact. The other side of that coin was watching 33 players leave the Columbus.
The offense is home to six of the additions and 17 of the subtractions.
