How is Carson Beck still eligible to play college football for Miami?

As the No. 10 Miami Hurricanes prepare to play the No. 1 Indiana Hoosiers in the College Football Playoff national championship on Monday at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida, they’ll be led by quarterback Carson Beck.
If you’re here, you might be wondering: How is Beck, who played four seasons at Georgia and already graduated, still eligible to play?

Here’s the answer: Beck still had eligibility after transferring from Georgia as a graduate transfer and is currently enrolled in classes.
“Obviously, I’ve been working towards other degrees now that I’ve gotten to Miami, but these programs take a little longer than just a year to finish,” Beck told the media this week. “Obviously, I’m not enrolling again [in the spring] semester. So, I’ll be done after this season.”
There you have it. Enjoy the national title game, folks!
